On 6 October 2020 Sir Roger Penrose, Reinhard Genzel and Andrea Ghez were jointly awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for their work on black holes. Among Professor Penroseās many contributions to mathematical physics is his work on a form of aperiodic tiling which bears his name: Penrose tiling. Using the LaTeX package penrose Overleaf created this LaTeX template project as our tribute to Professor Penrose on his award of a Nobel Prize and for anyone wishing to explore the fascinating and beautiful patterns created by Penrose tilings.
